Q. Can I take antioxidant supplements in order to keep my skin healthy?
A. Antioxidants are only part of the picture. Your skin health is dependent on your internal body’s environment. If your body is out of balance, your skin will usually reflect that.

Q. Are there any side effects to Myer’s cocktail?
A. Side effects are remarkably rare and almost always are limited to local irritation of the vein. Allergies to the preservative in the nutrients must be tested for prior to further action. The most common sensations are heat and flushing (a magnesium effect), and the taste of vitamins soon after the injection is begun.

Q. Can Myer’s cocktail be taken with all medications?
A. There are no interactions with most medications. Our Medical staff will evaluate your medical history and medications before recommending this treatment.

Q. What can I expect at my first visit?
A. The appointment usually takes about 90min. Medical history and your blood work will be analyzed to understand your body’s nutritional status. Appropriate nutritional supplements, herbs, and therapies will be recommended. Please arrive 10 min early to fill out new patient paperwork.
